The Summer 2025 Mind, Body & Community Wellness Series is your invitation to move, learn, and connect in a supportive, uplifting space. This summer-long program blends energizing movement like Aqua Fitness and Zumba, gentle practices like Chair Yoga, expert-led wellness talks, culinary presentations, flavorful snacks and lunches, and meaningful community connection. This Series is an exclusive collaboration between Spirit in the Desert Retreat Center and Happy Fitness with Patricia, LLC.

Daily Activity Schedule:
8:00 am - 8:45 am Aqua Fitness Class with Patricia - a refreshing way to invigorate your morning. Come prepared with a hat, sunscreen, a bikini, or full coverage leggings, and a long-sleeved top. Patricia will get you grooving in the pool! Perfect for those looking to work on their balance and core.
9:15 am - 10:10 am ZUMBA with Patricia and guest instructors - a nice way to ramp up your heart rate with all the latest Zumba music and choreography hits. Don't be shy, life is too short!
10:40 am - 11:15 am Chair Yoga with Jenn - A perfect way to regroup and refresh.
11:30 am - 12:20 am Expert-led presentations on current health & wellness issues from local businesses.

12:30 pm - Savor a nutritious, chef-prepared lunch by Executive Chef Karl Schwirian of Spirit in the Desert Retreat Center.
